\"ImageThe Mortenson Center for International Library Programs congratulates Barbara J. Ford, former director and Mortenson Distinguished Professor (2003-2014), who has been named an Honorary Member by the American Library Association.<\/h4>\n

Barbara J. Ford’s lifetime professional national and international contributions are the hallmark of an ALA Honorary Member. “Barbara is invested in people and nurtures them by sharing her knowledge and guiding the next generation of library professionals and leaders, locally and internationally,” says Mortenson Center Director Clara M. Chu, “She is recognized professionally and locally as a community connector.”<\/em><\/p>\n
