Adobe Creative Suite for Students

Good News! Students have access to the Adobe Creative Cloud for this academic year. Students can now go to the Webstore to activate their Adobe Creative Cloud Enterprise access that will run through 8/1/2021.

Media Commons Space Availability

Starting August 24th, 2020, The Media Commons will have a variety of spaces available Sunday Through Friday (Closed Saturday)

Self-Use Booths

The Media Commons Audio and Video Self-Use Booths will have appointments available in pre-set 90 minute appointment blocks, with an hour in between each appointment for appropriate cleaning in accordance with current University guidelines.

Hours of Operation

Media Commons Self-Use Booths are available on the following days/hours:

Monday – Thursday: 11am to 8pm, Friday: 11am to 3pm, Saturday: Closed, Sunday: 3pm to 7pm

Procedures

Appointments can be made on our Spaces page. Appointments must be booked 12 hours in advance. At this time each booth appointment is for individual use only in compliance with Covid-19 safety guidelines. On the day of booth appointment, reservation holder will need copy of reservation confirmation, a valid non-expired I-card, and smartphone running Safer@Illinois. Once approved by Undergrad Library Staff, patron will be allowed down into Lower Level for Self-Use Booth appointment. Masks must be worn at all times unless in Self-Use booth spaces and actively recording. Please review confirmation email and website for all current policies and procedures as those not in compliance with University guidelines will not be allowed access.

Audio and Video Production Studios

The Media Commons Audio and Video Production Studios will be available starting Week 2 or 3, by mediated appointment only. Media Commons staff will facilitate and assist in running the spaces, as needed.

Procedures
