Mapping Specialty Group, American Association of Geographers (CMSG-AAG)<\/a><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top:-1.5em\">\n<li>Most members are academic cartographers and their students focusing on cartographic research and education<\/li>\n<li>Meets annually in the spring as part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aag.org\/\">American Association of Geographers<\/a> annual meeting sponsoring a number of sessions focused on all aspects of cartography<\/li>\n<li>Supports masters-level research through thesis research grants;
