We will need the entire call number in order to locate your item, so please write down everything \u2013 numbers, letters, and punctuation.<\/li>\n<li>Your items will be paged (retrieved from the stacks) for you. We will only retrieve up to 4 items at a time, but there is no limit to the total number of items you may page.<\/li>\n<li>Retrieval time varies, but is generally around 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>When the items have been retrieved, we will call out the last 3 digits of your library number and place the book on hold for you awaiting pickup.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you need assistance, please ask.
