PLEASE NOTE: Some policy explanations have been expanded and instructions clarified in the latest version of Provost’s Communication 19.  Applications not following the September 9, 1999, instructions will be returned by the Research Board.  It is very important that faculty members read the new document and follow the policies and procedures as outlined when preparing applications.
