In this letter, Clark Leal reports to his cousin, William B. McCrea, "all Manner of Bad Roads" on his wagon trip of "about 500 miles" from Christiansburg, Champaign County, Ohio, to Fountain Green, Hancock County, Ill. Wilbur Duncan of Decatur, Ill., gave the letter to the Library.
