ICPSR maintains and provides access to a vast archive of social science information from 325 institutions working together for the research, instruction, acquisition, and preservation of social science data. The archive consists of large data sets that can be downloaded and used to generate charts, graphs, and other statistical representations. It is fully searchable, with the interface supporting subject searching and keyword searching in the title and abstract of each data set. - Nexis Uni
The database by Congressional Information Service, Inc. includes searchable abstracts and indexes to statistical information from the US government, state government, international governmental organizations, nonprofits, commercial publishers, etc. When a publication is available, links are given to a full-text web-based version. - SourceOECD

WDI Online comprises more than 550 indicators in 80 tables, organized in six sections: World View, People, Environment, Economy, States and Markets, and Global Links. The tables cover 148 economies and 14 country groups-with basic indicators for a further 59 economies. The data go back to 1960, depending on the country.
