  1. Save the file you would like to print to your hard drive.<\/li>\n
  2. Connect to the wireless network IllinoisNet<\/a>.
    \nWeb printing will not work if you\u2019re connected to a different wireless network.<\/li>\n
  3. Go to the PaperCut<\/a> website and log in with your NetID and Active Directory password.<\/li>\n
  4. Click on Web Print<\/strong>.

  5. If your file is in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, Picture, or XPS format, click on Submit a Job<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. Click Quick search<\/strong> and choose Library<\/strong> from the list.
    \nSelect lib-print2019\/LibraryB&W (virtual)<\/strong> for black-and-white documents, or lib-print-2019\\LibraryColor (virtual)<\/strong> for color documents.
    \nThen click Print Options and Account Selection<\/strong>.

  7. Select the number of copies and click Upload Documents<\/strong>.

  8. Drag and drop your file into the \u201cDrag files here\u201d box, or click Upload from computer<\/strong>, navigate to your file, and click Open<\/strong>. Then click Upload & Complete<\/strong>.

  9. Wait 10\u201330 seconds for the file to upload. You will see a \u201cProcessing\u201d status during this time.

  10. When the status changes from \u201cProcessing\u201d to \u201cHeld in a queue,\u201d go to the printer in the library to release your print job.

  11. At the printer, scan the QR code or enter the web address listed on the printer using your laptop or mobile device.

  12. Select the job(s) you would like to print and click Release<\/strong>. The printer will begin printing.

    Please note:<\/strong> If you receive a message stating that you need to add more Paid Credit before printing,
    \nyou can add funds with a credit or debit card by
    \n    logging into PaperCut<\/a> and selecting Add Paid Credit<\/strong> from the left menu.
    \nAfter adding credit, return to the print release station to release your job.<\/p>\n
