Office of User Services Administration

Mission

The Office of User Services works in partnership with the Library and campus to coordinate and support services to users.  Our efforts focus on developing and supporting infrastructure in user services generally as well as assessment, information literacy, training and development, and user experience specifically.  Within these areas of focus, we provide ongoing professional development and organizational capacity building.
