That\u2019s nearly double the share from 2009.<\/li>\n<li>57 percent said they now follow a specific diet or eating style \u2013 up sharply from 36 percent in 2018 and led by focus on high-protein eating.<\/li>\n<li>More than 80 percent fell short of recommended daily servings of fruits and vegetables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can read \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/ific.org\/media\/americans-grade-themselves-better-than-average\/\">Americans grade themselves better than average for diet healthfulness<\/a>\u201d by open access.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Recent topics in the <em>Journal of Applied Communications<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The third 2025 issue of <em>JAC<\/em> includes these articles:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSorting out the details: A Q method study investigating wheat industry \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 professionals\u2019 soil health management practices, information needs, and communication preferences\u201d by Maureen Victoria, Jean A.
