\u201cYou have to take the time to communicate to the public,\u201d said the speaker. \u201cIf we don’t, the activists will.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cAnd with that,\u201d Derham observed, \u201cpeople settled back into their chairs and side conversations almost immediately ceased \u2013 the fog of doubt and disbelief had abruptly cleared the room.\u201d<\/p>\n
