If you need assistance with reservations, please call the Funk Library Circulation Desk at 217-333-2416 or stop by the library desk.<\/p>\n<p>Equipment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All study rooms contain a table, whiteboard, and several chairs.<\/li>\n<li>Dry-erase markers are available; present your i-card at the Circulation Desk at the time of your reservation to borrow them.<\/li>\n<li>Room 309 &amp; Room 409 includes a large display monitor with a remote and wireless laptop connection using <a title=\"Link to Solstice\" href=\"https:\/\/answers.uillinois.edu\/illinois\/page.php?id=81434\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Solstice<\/a>.\u00a0 You can present your i-card at the Circulation Desk at the time of your reservation to borrow the remote and monitor instructions for room 309 or room 409.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Reservation policies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rooms 301, 305, 309, 401, 405, and 409 may be <strong><a title=\"Link to LibCAL room reservation system\" href=\"https:\/\/libcal.library.illinois.edu\/reserve\/funkaces\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reserved online<\/a> <\/strong>(<strong>Illinois NetID and password required<\/strong>)<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Rooms may be reserved by anyone with an illinois.edu email address <strong> in 30 minute <\/strong> increments, up to a maximum of <strong> two hours.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Arrive within 15 minutes of your reserved start time,<\/strong> or your entire reservation will be forfeited.<\/li>\n<li>Reservations can be made up to <strong> 14 days in advance<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Patrons are allowed only <strong>two active reservations per week<\/strong> at Funk Library.<\/li>\n<li>Unreserved rooms may be used on a first come, first served basis.<\/li>\n<li>Food is not allowed in the study rooms.\u00a0 Non-alcoholic beverages are allowed in spill-proof containers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>See <a title=\"Link to UIUC Study Spaces Directory\" href=\"https:\/\/www.library.illinois.edu\/using-library-spaces\/study-space-directory\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Study Spaces Throughout the University Library<\/a> to find more study spaces.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode sh-p-4 sh-rounded sh-drop-shadow-sm sh-bg-orange-200 !sh-text-black \"><div><div class=\"\">\n<h2>Spaces for Library Staff<\/h2>\n<h3><a title=\"Link to Room 206 Information\" href=\"https:\/\/www.library.illinois.edu\/funkaces\/services\/room_reservation\/206_information\/\">Funk ACES Conference Room, Room 206<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>The library has one conference room, room 206, located on the 2nd floor.
