General Information<\/h2>\n

Course Reserves are course materials kept behind the Circulation Desk that can be borrowed for a short time, usually two hours, within a library to ensure regular availability for students. <\/span><\/p>\n

Instructors looking to place items on reserve for their course(s) should request these items at least two weeks before the beginning of the semester or earlier if possible, using the Reserves Request Form<\/a>. If you are a Teaching Assistant or departmental staff member, you may submit a request on behalf of an instructor. If you would like updates on the requests process, please provide your name and contact information in addition to the instructors when filling out the appropriate form.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Students can use the\u00a0<\/span>Course Reserve Search Page<\/span><\/a> to search for items by instructor or course. This will let them see what items are on reserve and where you have requested the items be placed. They will need their I-Card and the call number to borrow within the library.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
