Patrons who reserve a space must be physically present and check in at the IDEA Lab Help Desk with their i-Card. During weekend walk-in hours, the IDEA Lab provides Open PC Gaming in the Immersive Learning Lab; all other technology-rich spaces will be closed from reservations. These small-group spaces have a capacity of 2-5 people, and a minimum of 2 people are required to reserve and use the space.
