errors could cause a delay in payment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Timesheet not submitted by the employee<\/li>\n<li>Timesheet not approved by the supervisor<\/li>\n<li>Inaccurately reported time<\/li>\n<li>Timesheet submitted after the deadline<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instructions for time reporting:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Non-exempt Civil Service and hourly employees can access the Time Entry 9x Resource Page<\/a><\/span> has job aids and videos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Shift Differential:\u00a0 <\/strong>is reported when employees in GROUP H classifications (Library Specialist series) are assigned to a shift by the University that requires a majority of the hours worked to occur after 5:00 p.m. and before 6:00 a.m., the employee(s) shall be paid, in addition to their basic straight time hourly rate, a differential of fifty cents (50\u00a2) per hour for all hours worked on the shift<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Timesheet entry as Premium Rate 50<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Leave Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a
