(Note: Colleges and departments outside the University Library should contact Illinois Human Resources Organizational Development<\/a> for inquiries about assessments.)<\/p>\n CliftonStrengths<\/span><\/a> Assessment and Workshop:\u00a0 The CliftonStrengths assessment helps people discover what they naturally do best and how to develop talents into strengths. Units can use this as an opportunity for increasing self-awareness, developing better teamwork, and finding ways to maximize everyone’s potential. The Illinois Leadership Center offers training and assessments for faculty & staff groups for a fee which includes the assessment.<\/p>\n
