Eight respondents selected “Other” and provided brief written suggestions. The most common theme was a desire for communication skills training, mentioned in three comments. Additional themes included customer service skills, managing burnout, and civility in the workplace.<\/p>\n

Library Organization Development & Training (ODT) will use this data to shape upcoming workshops. ODT will prioritize topics based on the\u00a0highest rated\u00a0needs and plans to research and develop two new sessions over the fall, with the first offerings in early Spring 2027.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
