They\u2019re called \u201cpulse\u201d surveys because they help us take the pulse of how things are going\u2014what\u2019s working well, and where we can improve. See <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.library.illinois.edu\/bhrsc\/odt\/other-career-supports\/library-pulse-surveys\/library-pulse-surveys-additional-background\/\">Library Pulse Surveys Additional Background<\/a> for more information.<\/p>\n<h2>What&#8217;s Happening?<\/h2>\n<p>Starting <strong>July 2025<\/strong>, the Library launched <strong>bimonthly pulse survey<\/strong>\u00a0as part of a\u00a0<strong>two-year pilot program<\/strong>. Each survey is short, anonymous, and easy to complete\u2014just 1 or 2 questions.
