Charging a Book in Hand


  1. When charging a book that has a call slip placed on it, you'll receive the following message prompt:
    "There is a call slip placed by other patron on this item."
    (See Image)
  2. Press Override to proceed to charge the item at hand out to the patron.
  3. The next message prompt shows as follows:
    "The loan period has been shortened from the normal interval as another patron has requested the item."

  4. Press OK.
  5. Lastly, Report The Call Slip information to the Library Telephone Office.
