Reserving Viewing Space

Room 295

The Undergraduate Library group media viewing space, Room 295, can be reserved by sending reservation requests to the 295 request account. Priority for use of the room is given to faculty and instructors with a course-related media viewing need. Student groups may also reserve the room for media viewing activities if available. Room 295 can not be reserved for the semester in lieu of a regularly scheduled classroom.

When reserved for course-related viewing, the patron picking up the material is expected to be present at the viewing. Library staff are not responsible for managing group viewings.

Media Viewing Booths

The Undergraduate Library maintains viewing booths for all the formats currently collected. The viewing booths are accessible on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Library Computers

The Library computers are also equipped for DVD viewing. Computers in the CITES lab are not equipped for DVD viewing.
