Loanable Technology - Campus Units
In addition to the equipment available for checkout in the Undergraduate Library, there are
other locations on campus that checkout technology equipment. See the links below for specific
equipment and requirements.
Equipment Locations

The Imaging Technology Group at Beckman Institute
Equipment - computers, scanners, printers, video, audio, imaging and presentation
hardware.

(Office of Educational Technology) (available only to those associated with the College of
Education)
Equipment - PC and Mac laptops, projectors, digital cameras, digital camcorders, TV/VCR,
cassette recorders and transcribers.

RSO Equipment Loan Pool
(available only to those associated with a Registered Student Organization)
Equipment - LCD projectors, DVD/Video recorders, laptops, overhead projectors, projection
screens, 16mm film projector, microphones, Portable DVD/Radio.

ATLAS (Applied
Technologies for Learning in the Arts and Sciences) (available only to Faculty and Graduate
students in LAS)
Equipment - Video and audio equipment, duplication and conversion services.

Art & Design Checkout
Window (available only to registered students in Art & Design and those who have paid extra
lab fees)
Equipment - Digital cameras, digital videocameras, LCD Projectors, Laptops (Mac and PC).
Note: Many departments and/or colleges offer equipment loan. Contact your
department or college to inquire about such services.
