This workshop will focus on understanding access issues related to electronic resources and strategies for getting the user to what they need in a timely fashion and methods for reprorting problems to ertech@library.uiuc.edu

Thusday, October 23 3-4 pm. Meet at the North Entrance (Wright Street)
Technical Services will be provide a tour of the technical side of the library, following the journey that a book takes in the process of becoming part of the collection. A handout that explains the process of getting materials into the library will be provided. Plan to meet at the north entrance of the Library at 3 pm. It should last around an hour.

Conservation and Preservation
Thursday, November 20, 3-5 pm.
Located on the 2nd floor of the Oak Street Facility, The Conservation Unit performs a variety of repairs on both circulating and special collections. This session will provide an overview of both Preservation and Conservation.
