Ia. For:

            PROBLEMS CONNECTING TO Voyager:

            This includes problems with the Voyager staff clients and the Voyager OPAC.

            Call the Telephone Center at 3-8400.

            PROBLEMS WITH VOYAGER LOGINS OR PASSWORDS: 

             Call the Library Systems Office at 4-4688 or send an online work request

Ib. For:

            PROBLEMS WITH III (INNOVATIVE INTERFACES)

  Call the Library Systems Office at 4-4688 or send an online work request.

IIa. For:

            NETWORK CONNECTION Problems;   
           INSTALLATION/MAINTENANCE of computer equipment or software;
           REPAIRS/REPLACEMENTS of existing computer equipment; or
           UIUCLIBRARY NT SERVER connections/support:

This includes network cable trouble, B-jack connections, installing or upgrading microcomputers and their peripherals such as printers, network cards, and installing or upgrading software packages; repairing or replacing existing computer equipment that is broken or not functioning properly; adding new UIUC LIBRARY Domain accounts; and troubleshooting problems.  Note that the Library Systems Office supports only hardware and software that are purchased with Library funds.

           Problems accessing the Library web resources; or
           Problems editing the web pages for your unit: 

Always check at the bottom of the web pages for who to contact if there are problems. If there is not a local  e-mail, phone number, then contact the Library Webmaster.
