System Problem: Voyager search timeouts

Many library users are currently experiencing instantaneous timeouts as soon as they enter a search in the Voyager online catalog. The problem is somewhat random. Some searches will work, but most seem to be timing out right now. This problem has been reported to CARLI, but there's no word as yet on what is causing this problem or how long it will take for it to be resolved.
