E: DISCOVER - openURL requests

There is a significant and widespread problem with openURL (Discover) requests and full text links embedded in any database not working correctly for Science Direct journal requests. This is a problem at Elsevier's end and they are working on it.

Please note, however, that Science Direct is NOT DOWN, and all title level links in ORR to elsevier journals should work okay.
