Library-in-a-Box is a portable display board with various detachable graphics, tablecloth, banner, promotional items, and Library-related literature (see attached photo). The display board easily unfolds for placement on any rectangular table (an 8-foot table is ideal). All content provided with this marketing tool fits inside a single wheeled case.
University Library faculty and staff are encouraged to utilize Library-in-a-Box for Library events, including presentations and meetings. It may be used for any event which promotes the University Library and any one or more of its units, services, and programs.
To request the use of the Library-in-a-Box, Library faculty and staff must contact the Office of Library Advancement at (217) 333-5683 or send an email to Krystle Simmons at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please reserve these display materials at least two – four weeks prior to your planned event. The Library-in-a-Box should be picked up at, and returned to, the Office of Library Advancement (227 Main Library).
