Extracts from Philosophia Naturalis and other texts, undated | Rare Book & Manuscript Library, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
This volume contains copies of nonfiction works in Latin and English. The bulk of the text is comprised of extracts from Adrianus Heereboord's Philosophia Naturalis (1684) and related notes on aspects of philosophy such as ethics and metaphysics, written in Latin. The volume also includes a brief essay about mapmaking and a lengthy chronology of world history based largely on the Bible, both in English.
Inscriptions indicate that the book may have belonged to William Palmer.
