Origin: Written in England in the first half of the 17th century; the date 1648 appears on the original parchment wrapper. A version of the first item (The Commons right, in point of judicature) exists as British Library MS Add. 27987, fol. 51.
Provenance: Pasted on the original parchment wrapper is a small, diamond-shaped paper label with "223" written in ink -- Purchased from Norman, 18 July 1947.
