The Daily Journals blog was created in 2004 to keep Illinois Natural History Survey scientists informed about the newest print journal issues received in the library. Since many new journal issues are now online it no longer reflects the full scope of our collection. Also it is labor intensive to maintain and the use was very low.
Instead please see the new Table of Contents Alerts LibGuide. This will help you keep current with the literature by providing instructions for setting up your own email alerts for your favorite journals or subjects. Or go to the Literature Databases page and click on the yellow “TOC” to be linked to directions for setting up alerts.
