Article photocopies are usually received within 5-10 days of request. If you need
the item immediately, please contact us directly at
email@example.com or 333-6892.
Most articles are delivered electronically (when available).
Articles not available for electronic delivery are sent to your campus address.
Book loan requests take an average of 2-3 weeks to fill.
You must pick up items at the Main Library, and you will need your I-Card.
Loan periods vary by lending institution, and may be as short as 2 weeks.
In general, renewals are not possible.

To use the Interlibrary Loan service, you must have a NetID and password. Refer to the NetID page for instructions on establishing a NetID, or changing/resetting your password. If you've forgotten your NetID password, follow the instructions at the bottom of the CITES NetID password change page.
The Interlibrary Loan office uses contact information from campus databases for email notification and to deliver photocopies. To ensure successful notification and delivery, keep your contact information in NESSIE current.
