A draft of the Action Plan (April 13, 2009) [ Word | pdf ] has been released. 

The Action Plan identifies proposed changes to Library facilities and service profiles across campus, and was prepared by the Library in response to a letter received from the Provost in January 2009 asking us to build on the successful efforts of our New Service Models program. The current draft, available at < http://www.library.uiuc.edu/nsm/actionplan/Action_Plan_Draft.pdf>, is being shared with the Senate Library Committee, the University Librarian's Long-Range Advisory Committee, and the Council of Deans. The Action Plan is due to the Provost on April 30th.

Please share the Action Plan draft with your colleagues and students, and encourage them to provide feedback.
