Instructions for Social Science Citation Abstracts

• Select "ISI Web of Science" from either the drop down list in the center top of the ISI Web of Knowledge homepage or in the list of Searchable Database Products.

• Select search type

• After you make your choice of search type, choose an index to search; multiple indexes can be selected at one time. Also, use the radio buttons to select a time period.

• Remember that geographical and cross-disciplinary topics may necessitate searching Science Cication Index or Arts & Humanities Citation Index in addition to Social Science Citation Index.
