Report a problem
If you are using the Online Journals & Databases tool, you can report errors straight from this tool.
You can also report errors from the Discover window that pops up as you are going to a database or journal.
The information on each journal, such as its title, publication dates, the databases it is located in, and more, is constantly being updated and changed to reflect the most current state of the resource. This constant change means that errors may appear from time to time. We do our best to catch and fix these as quickly as possible and would appreciate your help in doing so. To report an error please follow these steps.
If using the Online Journals & Databases tool, look for the "Report a problem" link pictured below.
On the Discover screen, you will also see a "Report a problem" link.
After clicking on the link in either scenario, you will be taken to an e-mail form. Please enter your e-mail address. The subject line should already be filled out. Supply the title of the problematic journal as well as a description of the problem (e.g. Can you not access it at all? Are some of the database date ranges wrong? Is it requesting a login? Is the full text unavailable?). Please be as specific as possible!
- Choose "Send message" to complete your report. Someone should get back to you within 48 hours.
