Most of our production systems operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We do have to set aside some time however to install hardware and software updates. Since the Library has expanded the hours per week it is open (particularly in Grainger and Undergraduate locations), we've had to change our maintenance times accordingly.
Since a few production systems are at Grainger, we worked with the Grainger IT staff to jointly establish a new schedule for maintenance outages across all of the Library.
