URGENT server problems can be reported at other times to the Grainger Library at 333-3576, who can relay information to appropriate IT personnel
Most of our production systems operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We do have to set aside some time however to install hardware and software updates. Since the Library has expanded the hours per week it is open (particularly in Grainger and Undergraduate locations), we've had to change our maintenance times accordingly.

We intend to notify Library employees (via LibNews) of any exceptions to this, just as we do with unplanned downtime.
