Wikis, Blogs, Listservs & Forums

Wiki -- Library IT recommends the CITES Wiki for use by Library employees for unit and group projects. Library units can request a CITES Wiki space for groups or projects by logging a work request.

Library Blogs -- Library IT has a limited license for Movable Type blogging software. A Library-hosted blog may be requested by a library group as a part of its official web site.

Library Listservs -- Library IT maintains Libnews-L which includes all Library personnel and Libfac-L for all Library faculty and APs. Library IT also maintains several other internal listservs to facilitate information sharing among groups of staff who have common work interests.

Library Forums -- Library groups may request open-access or limited-access bulletin boards (aka forums) to share news and information among group members.
