File Storage / Sharing

These tools give you extra file storage and the option of allowing other people to access or edit your files. They are web-based so you can access your files from anywhere and are very convenient when you need to collaborate with colleagues on campus or from other institutions.

NetFiles - All students, faculty, and staff receive 500 MB of storage through this device. You can use it for publishing web sites, backing up critical files, and collaborating with colleagues both on and off campus.

Google Docs & Spreadsheets - is a free service provided by Google. In addition to other features, multiple people will be able to view and make changes at the same time and documents can be published as web pages.
