Verde is an ERM system that is only used by library employees through a web interface. There is no public interface for this.
Verde is available during normal business hours.
Maintaining Verde is medium priority for Library IT. We make every effort to resolve problems with this service as quickly as possible.
If the Verde system is down, please log a ticket with the IT Help Desk or call the Help Desk at 244-4688. Incoming tickets and calls are reviewed and prioritized as they arrive between 8:30-5:00, Monday through Friday.
Verde is an Electronic Resource Management system provided by Exlibris. This is primarily used to manage the complex life cycle of various electronic resources.
Verde does not have any public interface so it is only accessible to library employees who deal with electronic resource management.
The primary Service Manager is Sharif Islam in the IT Infrastructure & Software Development unit.
IT Infrastructure and Software Development hosts the Verde servers and manages the underlying database and software.
