To report problems with the Mobile Services Website , please log a ticket with the IT Help Desk or call the Help Desk at 244-4688. Incoming tickets and calls are reviewed and prioritized as they arrive between 8:30-5:00, Monday through Friday. Tickets or calls coming in after hours are reviewed promptly on the next business day.
If it is outside normal business hours (8:30-5:00, Monday through Friday) and you believe there is a widespread outage, please call 244-4688 and leave a message with the Library IT Help Desk answering service (aka the AITS Service Desk). In an emergency situation the answering service will contact Library IT on-call support staff promptly.
The Mobile Services Website is a series of web pages and dynamic web applications optimized for user access from internet-capable mobile devices, such as cellular telephones and other mobile computing devices. It offers mobile access to library collections and databases as well as current hours and contact and location information for library facilities.
The online catalog and library hours and locations information are available to users worldwide. Access to subscription-based library resources is restricted to University community members who have a valid netid and netid password.
To use the Mobile Services Website you must have a device with an internet connection and a web browser.
The Library IT Infrastructure Management and Support unit hosts the mobile website server.
