The Instructional Statistics database is used by individual Library faculty and staff to track their Library-related instructional activities. The collected information can be used for individual or unit annual reports. The system supports several levels of reporting.
The Instructional Statistics service is available 24/7.
Technical support for this service is available during normal Library business hours, 8:30-5:00, Monday - Friday.
Please log a ticket with the IT Help Desk or call the Help Desk at 244-4688. Incoming tickets and calls are reviewed and prioritized as they arrive between 8:30-5:00, Monday through Friday. Tickets or calls coming in after hours are reviewed promptly on the next business day.
The system is available to any Library employee engaged in instructional activities. Access is controlled via membership in the "Library Faculty and Staff" Active Directory group. Some administrative functions, such as maintenance of controlled vocabulary lists, are restricted to the Library's Coordinator for Information Literacy Services and Instruction.
Please contact the Coordinator for Information Literacy Services and Instruction (Lisa Hinchliffe) for assistance in using this system.
