The Library IT Help Desk is the first point of contact for most technology related services in the U of I Library. The Help Desk receives, resolves, and/or escalates all computer related requests from library employees by phone, in-person, via OTRS system or email.

Hours of Operation

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
  • After Hours: AITS answering services
