Outlook Web App (OWA) has three sign in options:
The default sign in option is "This is a public or shared computer". If you sign in using this option, your outlook session will be automatically timed out every 15 minutes.
If you use Outlook Web App (OWA) on your library staff computer, the Library IT suggest you to choose the second option "This is a private computer" to avoid the 15 minute timeout.
If you use Outlook Web App (OWA) on a computer with slow connection or with a browser that has restricted features, select "Use Outlook Web App light" option.
In addition, if you have vision issues or use a screen reader, after you sign in with any of the above options, go to "Options" -> "Accessibility" and check "Use the blind and low vision experience" option.
