Scope and Contents:
This collection includes a dozen pencil sketches by Mrs. H. S. Currie of historic buildings in Kaskaskia, Ill. She accompanied each sketch with information on the histories and residents of the buildings. Included in the collection are drawings of the residences of Shadrach Bond, William Morrison, and Nathaniel Pope. The collection contains one original drawing, and negative photostats of eleven other originals held by the Illinois States Historical Library.
