  Uses the Google search engine to access the content of more than 340 web sites created by intergovernmental organizations (IGOs).
• Yearbook of International Organizations Online
  The most complete online directory of IGOs. The length of entries ranges from about 50 words to more than 10,000. Available to the UIUC via subscription. Issued in print as the Yearbook of International Organizations (Q.A.060.An78).
• Northwestern University Library, Links to IGOs 
  A list of links to IGO sites. Covers the sites of both major and minor organizations.

International Nongovernmental Organizations

• Non-governmental Organizations Search 
  Searches the web sites of more than 1,100 nongovernmental organizations, including many in consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).
• NGO Database 
  Provides access to directory information on the more than 3,100 nongovernmental organizations in consultative status with the ECOSOC. URLs for these organizations' web sites are frequently omitted.

• Directory of NGOs Associated with the UN Department of Information 
  This database is searchable by region, activity, and keyword.

• Directory of Economic, Commodity, and Development Organizations 
  Serves as a brief guide to regional and global organizations.

• NGO Cafe WWW Virtual Library on Nongovernmental Organizations 
  Includes directories of nongovernmental organizations, links to NGO sites, and information of particular interest to NGO staff.
