• Web Services Toolbox:  The Toolbox is a free suite of online tools designed to help University of Illinois faculty, staff, and students accomplish their web and communication responsibilities quickly and easily. NetID required for login. Includes Surveys, Calendars, Forms, eNewsletters, and more. Campus supported and workshops are available. https://illinois.edu/toolbox/ 
• Doodle Poll:  This is an open source tool to help with scheduling meetings, taking polls etc. Links to the poll can be forwarded to individuals and results displayed. Free, no registration required.  http://doodle.com/main.html
• Hot Potatoes: The Hot Potatoes suite includes six applications, enabling you to create interactive multiple-choice, short-answer, jumbled-sentence, crossword, matching/ordering and gap-fill exercises for the World Wide Web. • Respondus: Included with Web CT.  It is a powerful tool for creating and managing exams that can be printed to paper or published directly to Blackboard, WebCT, eCollege, ANGEL and other eLearning systems.More info at: http://www.respondus.com/
• Study Mate (Respondus): Can create ten Flash-based activities and games using four simple templates. The Flash activities can be used with any web server or published directly to a Blackboard, WebCT, or ANGEL course. StudyMate Author will import items from MS Word files and publisher test banks, making it easy to create interesting, interactive activities from existing content. Best of all, you don't have to know Flash programming or HTML to use StudyMate Author.
