Here's an assessment tool for evaluating student's digital literacy. The iSkills assessment was developed to measure critical thinking in the digital environment.  It assesses students' ability to navigate, critically evaluate and make sense of infomation available digitally.    The assessment was a  result of an ETS sponsored "2001 International ICT Literacy Panel" and tests the ICT literacy skills that align with ACRL (Association of College and Research Libraries) standards.  For more information see  Tiny Url:  http://tinyurl.com/2l9lf5
