Joe Zumalt appointed Interim Head at CPLA Library

        The City Planning and Landscape Architecture Library is pleased to

announce that Joe Zumalt has been appointed Interim Head.  Professor

Zumalt has served since May 2002 as Assistant ACES Librarian.  He will

maintain his liaison duties to the Department of Agricultural and

Consumer Economics, also housed in Mumford Hall.  Professor Zumalt is

replacing the retiring Head of the CPLA Library, Priscilla Yu, who

served the University of Illinois for thirty years, twelve in the

CPLA Library.

        Professor Zumalt is thrilled to be working in the City Planning and

Landscape Architecture Library, and looks forward to working with the

faculty, staff and students of the Urban and Regional Planning

Department and the Landscape Architecture Department.
