Poker
Title
Poker
Coverage / Year
1914 to 1920s
Description
This
is
one
end
of a
wagon
box
rod
that has been
crafted
into a
poker.
Interpretation
Blacksmiths
,
like
many
Americans
during
this
time
could
not
afford
to
throw
broken
items
away.
They were
looked
upon
as
useful
materials
that
could
be
repaired
or
made
into
something
new.
It
is
highly
possible
that this
poker
was
once
a
wagon
box
rod
someone
had
brought
in to be
replaced.
