Strategic Planning Task Force Meeting Minutes 07 July 2011

1. Updates on group presentations and forum

The group confirmed the schedule for the presentations on the 14th and the task force review after the presentations.

No one from the Diversity and Community Engagement group is able to attend on the 14th, so they will send their presentation directly to the committee

After the presentations, the first draft of the strategic plan should be written by the end of August.

2. Finalize Rubric for comparing proposed initiatives

The draft rubric was revised. It will be a checklist of different value factors that will help with comparing individual initiatives, but not a required list of elements, as some will not apply to all viable proposals.

The rubric will be finalized by email, and sent to the presenters by the end of the week.
