Present:  Susan Braxton, Laura Hanson, Lisa Hinchliffe, Cindy Kelly, Susan Schnuer, Kate Swan, Beth Woodard, Joe Zumalt

 

Absent:  Camilla Fulton, Shuyong Jiang, Kate Swan, Sandy Wolf, Helen Zhou

 

1. Budget expenditures so far were reviewed.

 

2. Draft Policy for WebJunction courses.

 

We must now pay for WebJunction courses, so please let me know if you have any interest in these.  We'll start by accommodating one session per person.  If you are interested in more than one, please send a list in priority order.  Staff, please work with your unit head in selecting these.  Email confirmation from your unit head that he or she has read and approved your request.  When completed, please mail a copy of your proof of completion.

4.                  Customer Service Proposal

5.                  Technology subcommittee update

6.                  Supervisor Training Institute has been funded minus food.  Meetings with Paula still need to be scheduled.
